In deze sector zijn circa 17 organisaties actief met circa 11000 leden. Iedere organisatie bestrijkt een bepaald terrein. Er wordt samengewerkt via het Platform Samenwerkende Cliëntenorganisaties in Jeugdzorg en Familierecht.
